Earl J.

Hello everyone...

I have some files of documents (Powerpoint, MS Publisher,
and MS Word) that I would like to have available on my
website for others to download.

I have Jim Buyens' book for FP2002... can't even begin to
determine what to look for... 8-) guess I'll have to scan
each of the 1200 pages one at a time... 8-)

It appears the support server for MS is not operational at
the moment...

Thanks for any assistance...

Aloha y'all . . . Earl J.

With your FP web open: File | Import the files into your web and create a
link to them on a page. You may wish to zip them first, or put instructions
to right click and save as to download, otherwise they'll open in the
browser.

Hello everyone...
Howdy.

The procedure is the same as that for linking to any
other file:

1. Drag the file from Windows Explorer and drop it onto
the FrontPage folder list.

2. Drag the file from the Folder list and drop it onto
your Web page.

Chapter 12 explains this and many additional ways of
constructing hyperlinks.
