files to control xp sp2 firewall with 2k gpo's

What file(s) do I need to get to enable me to manage client's XP SP2
firewalls via my Windows 2000 AD domain GPOs?

a system.adm where all #if version and #endif lines editing the
firewall settings are tagged with ";"
Or the much easier way: Install GPMC on XPSP2 an control the GPO
from a XPSP2 Client ...

Hi Mark,

Is it possible to take a system.adm file from XP and then replace with ; and
then add it to the GPO and then all the change should be replicated to the
other servers ?
