files that wont delete....

downloaded a file via kazaa..virus scanned it. scan
reported it was ok.
opened it..it seemed wierd.. not the music I expected ,
and didnt play properly.
tried to delete it. It wont delete, just keeps telling me
it is in use, I have closed everything I can see running
down, and it still states it is running or in use.

What the H*** is it..
and
how the H' doI get rid of it for good if it seems so set
on staying.
also kazaa seems to be operating badly since this file
was opened.
any ideas ????
