Files storing Desktop Icons

At one time I had the names of 2 files that contain the names of the desktop
icons. The icons are then arranged in order by the names in those 2 files.
I would like to make a few changes to these files if anyone can tell me what
they are. I have tried to search using icon names, but don't get any results?

Moricons is one of them. The other you do NOT want to mess around in!
