files sites put on my pc

I just searched for jpgs on my computer. Why are there jpgs from sites that
I visited last year? I have deleted all temp and history files several
times. I have also used MRU blaster several times. Several times means
several times since I last visited the site of those jpgs.

Download, install and use "CCleaner".
 
That did it. Thanks :)

What about the "Issues" function. It lists allot of things, including:
Missing Shared DLL
Unused File Extension
etc

Everything works, so what is this telling me? Should I let it fix these
things that are not giving me any problems?
