files order and color ?

Is it possible to rearrange the order of files in a folder in Win2000?

For isntance, I want to see the files like:

C.doc

A.doc

B.doc

Can I assign a color to a file name, so I can find the important files at a
glance ?

You can only arrange files by the "Arrange by" on the View menu.

You can't color them, unless they are compressed.
