I am currently testing Excel 2007. I do not know if this problem exists in other versions.
Problem: When I double click a file, it takes almost a minute to open even a very simple file. But I can open the Excel application in just a few seconds. I then open the same file, and the file opens almost immediately.This problem did not exist until yesterday when I installed some other trial software and moved my files to another location
