Files in Folder but do not display

I have FP 2003 and I noticed that there are a number of files that I've put into
my website folder locally that do not appear in FP when I want to reference them
to publish.

What is this problem and how do I solve it?

Do you actually have a web created? If so, did you open your web via
FrontPage | File | Open Site and import files into the web?

Found my problem - it was my view - I was looking at the remote site when I
thought it was local - sigh.
