files and settings transfer

Where (in the world) are you? The headings on your message say it was

Are you really in the far eastern Canada or Caracas or Santiago time zone?
That's where your computer thinks it is.

Posting from the future infuriates some readers (they think you are trying
to cut into the head of the line) - and it upsets some time-sensitive
Internet functions, such as Windows Update. I don't know, but it might even
be a problem with NIC and FAST. :>{

I just bought a new computer also, and found this link AFTER I had moved my
information using a 256mb memory stick. Took awhile, but it worked.

Thanks Chris,

I talked with the maker and files and settings wizard wont work..and setting
up a network was a headache...I just burned cd's.
