files and settings transfer wizard, switches?

i would love to use the migwiz.exe tool (also known as files and settings transfer wizard) on some clients computers. I would love for them to be able to backup their data to a personal network share, and after the new computer is installed run it again to put all the data back. It does work great however you need to run through the wizard each time...

is there a way to use some switches with the migwiz.exe tool to make a easy shortcut that will do it for you? (possibility: migwiz.exe /d \\server\share\IMG001.usr /s)

is there anything like that?
