Files and Settings Transfer Wizard Error

I have used the Windows XP SP 2 CD to perform the gathering of files on a
laptop. When I go to the new computer (that i installed XP SP 2 on from the
CD that I used to collect the files on the old computer) it gives me an error
saying "Your migration store was created with a previous version of Files and
Settings Transfer Wizard." I was just seeing if anyone has seen this before,
other than when you go from x32 to x64 bit systems??
