When I log on to fileplanet and download demos (I dont pay the fee so I have to wait in line) sometimes it boots me off or I come back and It's like i never waited in line. Why does it do that and how can I correct it?

This isn't really the right place to be asking. I doubt there's much you
can actually do about that unless you just download from other sources.
