Every so often a new file appears on my desktop called ~
Seems to happen after I view e-mail. Does anyone know what
this is?

This is a known bug in an OE update. It's a copy of your address book. MS is
aware of it and I'm sure it will be addressed in an update soon.

Only reply by newsgroup. If I see an email I didn't ask for, it will be
