File Won't Open in 2002

User has PP 2002 SP3; I have PP 2003 SP3

User received file from a 3rd party and cannot open it in 2002. No specific
error; PP just crashes. I have 2003 SP3 and have no problem opening it.
* I tried opening the file in 2007 and saving as 97-2003.
* I tried opening in 2003 and saving as 97-2003.
* I tried saving as PP 95.
* I copied my ntdll.dll file to 2002 PC and it didn't help even after
rebooting.

We are unable to open this file with 2002. Can anyone explain for me?
 
With which version this file was created?
