file view

My power point files are now listed according to file size. How do I
change the view back to alphabetically?
This is with PPT2003 and PPT2007, XP Home Edition.

In the file open window click the Name bar at the top of the window to sort
by name. A second click may be required on the name bar if they are in
reverse alphabetical order.
