File transfer XP from old computer with bad boot sector

How can I transfer my files from my old hard drive to new computer .The old
computer cannot boot up but I can read hard drive with new computer.

Well, since you can see the hard drive, I assume it is connected in some
fashion to another system. Just copy the files from one system or hard
drive to the other.
