Hi All,

My collection of mp3 sits on my local drive, with an uncomprssed backup on a
jaz (removable media) drive. As I collect more, they sit on my local drive,
and every no and then I freshen the backup. To make the backups I've used
windows copy and paste, and just clicked yes to all wen it prompts me I've
got duplicates. This works, even for files in sub-directories, but it's slow
as unnecessary copies are made each time.

What I'd prefer is a peice of software to copy _only_ the files that don't
exist in the target location. Any ideas?

BASK will do that for you..

I found a lot of descriptive information on that page, but I did not
see a link to download the file.

BASK is listed as a back up utility under Systems Utilities on the
Pricelessware page, but the link on that page takes you to a page
where you just get an error message saying that the page has been
disabled. Same results from a "Google" search.

Do you have a direct URL to download this file that actually works?
If so, it would be much appreciated.

C'ya.

Sorry for my previous post. I found the link in the logo in the blue
bar at the top. I just did not realize that "visit" meant "download."

Also, Andreas P. had previously posted on August 4 that the
Pricelessware link was broken and gave a working link:
Note the download link is broken atm.

So here is a -->working<-- direct download link:
ftp://download.hirekmedia.hu/BASK_141_Build80.zip

Sorry for my confusion.

C'ya.
