Hi! I jut purchased a new laptop, and I am using this vista mail as my new
*outlook express*. Can someone please help me, I am not getting ALL of my
e-mails. Only a handful. And I have to go to my provider (comcast.net) to
retrieve the rest of my e-mails!! This didn't happen with outlook!! Thanks!
(and yes everything is set up correctly)!

It is indeed very strange that your Windows Mail is not downloading
all of the emails from the Comcast server. I presume there is no
error message? Sometimes there is a stuck email on the server,
but that should generate a time-out error message.

The only thing I can suggest at this point is to try a different mail
program, such as WLM:

I "HAD" the same problem. I called tech support and they downloaded a utility
program that fixed the problem and told me when ever this happens to use it.
Go to http://www.oehelp.com/ and look for "WMUtil" it's neer the bottom of
the page. And it's "FREE" there are other fixes there fo WM as well.
