Hi, I find that despite turning off "Allow Fast saves"
when I try to save a file in powerpoint 2003, the file
size is still incredibly large. Is there any other option
or feature I need to check for to prevent this? Thanks.

After you turned off Fast Saves, did you save the file under a new name? If
not, try that and see what happens. Also, make sure that you aren't saving
for other versions. You just need to do a regular PowerPoint save.

One more thing: If you have the reviewing options turned on, it is possible
that PowerPoint still thinks you are reviewing the document. If this is the
case, open the reviewing pane and make sure you have accepted or refused all
the changes.
