File size limitation

I'm putting together a presentation with video, music, images, etc and wonder what the max recommended file size for a PPT is? I know playback experience will depend on the machine but in general, is there a max file size to stay within? Under 200mg?

There is no technical maximum, so you are wise to keep in mind resources on
the target machine, as you have indicated. For good advice in that regards,
