Is there some way for me to log which of my shared files are accessed
across a network?

Right click on My Computer
Select Computer Management
System Tools>> Shared Folders>> Open Files

I probably should have mentioned what my OS is (Win XP Pro). So I did
find Computer Management, just not where you told me to look for it.
However, it appears to only list the current connections. I'm curious
if I can have it write that information to a log file somewhere so I
can review it at the end of the day.
