File Sharing

I just installed xp prof. on my machine.
I've set up the newtwork and it is running fine.
but when I go into a drive or folder and try to share it,
the sharing tab looks different and has way more options
than other peoples computers i've seen. how do i switch
it back so it somewhat resembles the way 98 sharing
looked?

Well, Windows 98 and Windows XP are quite different operating systems,
so you can't expect things to look the same in them.

Did you un-check "Use simple file sharing" on XP? To see, open My
Computer, click Tools | Folder Options | View, and scroll to the end
of the list of advanced settings. XP will look more like 98 if you
enable simple file sharing.
