File sharing

Hi! I have a question on file sharing. I have currently
shared out one folder located on a Windows 2000 computer.
I have given full control to Administrators while giving
only read access to Everyone. Is there a way that I can
restrict everyone from browsing the folder or copying the
files inside this folder?
 
Is this an NTFS partition? If not you may want to convert it to NTFS in
order to give you better control of permissions on files and folders. With
FAT32 you can only set permissions on the share. Check out these articles:
