File sharing without a password?

I want other people to be able to access three folders on my computer. How
can I set it so that they can simply read those folders over the network
without having to input any passwords?

This was very simple on XP.
 
Create other usernames in your computer.

This was very simple on XP.

On your computer, go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center,
and turn off "Password protected sharing".
