File Sharing Problems

ThI'm trying to share my printer and a folder from my desktop computer that
uses Windows XP. I've shared the printer and folder, but whenever I try to
access them from my Windows 2000 laptop, I get the error message "There are
currently no logon servers available to service the logon request." How can I
fix this?
