I have a home network that consist of 4 computers. I can access the file on
one computer only. When I try to access any of the other computers on the
network I get Access is denied. I can print from all computers to a shared
printer so I beleive that file and printer sharing is enabled. Any help in
resoling this issue would be great.

Thanks,

Have you checked to see if the folder is shareable on the other
computers??? If the folder on any computer it not shareable you cannot
access any file in that folder from another computer.

Yes, the foldes are shared and Computer 1, 2, and 3 can access files on
computer 4. The printer is on computer1 and I can print from all 4 computers.
However I still get access denied when trying to access computers 1, 2, and
3.

Really lost.

It could be a firewall issue. Are you using the same firewall on all four
computers?

One more question. Are you running XP on all the machines?

I have tried disabling the firewalls and makes no diffrence.

XP Home on 2 of them, MCE on the other 2.

One more thing, when I go to my Network places, it dose not show the folders
as shared on machine 2, but if I browse my computer it shows them as shared.
I am totally lost.

I think I am lost with you. Have you tried the network trouble shoot
guide on the XP system? If not go to control panel>Network
Connections>Network TroubleShooter. It may help.
