File Sharing No Longer Works

I have the home version of XP and until I install a
recent security patch, my local file sharing worked like
a charm... now my XP machin e can't communiate with
either of my other machines for local file sharing - any
one with a suggestion - thanks
 
Did you activate ICF? If so, it prevents local file
sharing. It was not designed for a home network. Sorry.
