File Server Migration from win2k to win2003

Hi, All,

I need migrate my Fileserver from Win2k server to my
newly installed Win2003 server. Both partition is NTFS
and both machine are Domain Controller.

Are there have any ways can do the migration and keep all
file's user permission and sharing?

This MS Knowledge Base article will help you move the shares:

XCOPY with the /O and /E switches will copy the files, including ACL
and ownership information.
