File>Sent to>Mail Recepient

I am running Office 2003 SP1 on XP Pro SP2. I often used the File, send to,
mail recepient as an attachment feature, however it is greyed out and
unavailable. How do I get this option back?

Do you have "Mail as attachment" checked on the General tab of Tools |
Options?
