File | Send | Page by email non-functional

Hi:

Cross posting for assistance - Using OE for my mail client. Went to send a
web page to someone by using File | Send | Page by E-Mail and the text is
gray. Not available.

Why is this? I am using IE6 and OE6 with all updates.

Does the same option work in the Mail button drop-down menu? Assuming it
doesn't...

Hi:

Did these in the past and did them again just now. Also, went into the
options for IE6 and discovered that the application for mail was blank. OE
was an option and I selected it.

Now, FILE | SEND "Page by e-mail" is black, not grayed out. But, when I
select it nothing seems to happen. No windows pop open. Tried several
times.

Yes I did. The text is now BLACK but when I select it nothing happens. I
would expect a mail window to open. I'll try it again.

Hi Again:

I again followed the procedures exactly as specified at the two web pages -
and the SEND | Page by e-mail AND the Link by e-mail do not work. - do
nothing.

The send shortcut to desktop DOES work, though.

Any ideas. Willing to try anything.
