Does anyone know of a program or website that will scan a
file with any extension and remove or point out the virus
or spyware or adware within the file. Just clean it up in
general?

McAfee has a free scan here:
http://us.mcafee.com/root/mfs/default.asp?cid=9059 but unknown whether it
will clean up the virus or just let you know where it's located.
