If I do a File | Save As for a message and change the file type to .msg the
whole things goes to the storage folder I desire (which is cool when I need
to open it again - attachment and all).
However, it only works for 1 message at a time - is there an add in that I
can get that will do multiple files at once? Otherwise mutliple files only
get saved as txt and the attachments are lost.
Secondly, the Save As copies them - is there a way I can move them to the
folder?

Cheers,
Deborah

No Add-in needed here; it's basic functionality :-)

Select all the messages you want to save as a msg-file and then drag & drop
them out of Outlook into an Explorer window. If you want to move them
instead drag & drop with the right mouse button instead of the left (for a
standard left handed mouse that is). When you drop them now in Explorer
you'll get a choice on either to copy or move them.
