File Save As Closes Word

Windows Office XP with all updates applied

When doing a File / Save As, Word closes. This occurs frequently (3 to
4 times per day).

Any ideas as to why ?

This might be caused by a conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in. See
"Title Bars Flash, Word Becomes Unresponsive, or Word Cannot Close" or
