I went to Googla and entered "vmm32.vxd"

and found many articles on how to repair or replace this file.

Please try searching for your answer yourself before asking for help.

Looks like you are using Windows9x. If you are then click the Start button,
select Run, type sfc in the box and hit OK.

This will open the System File Checker. Once in there slect "Extract one
file from the installatio disk" and write vmm32.vxd in the box below. Then
hit Start. Depending on your setup, you might need to have your W9x CD
available.

Hope it helps.

By the way, this a newsgroup for MS Access and not Windows itself. You will
get quicker answers if you try microsoft.public.win98.xxxx for instance.
