File Replication Service not found

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the
ntfrsutl.exe to fix my file replication service? I am
having no luck replicating on a 24/7 system and need some
assistance from someone who could help me out.

Ntfrsutl.exe can be found in the following KB Article (which are all
hotfixes):

815473 File Replication Service Does Not Log Errors on Sharing Violations

*** the article above is the latest hotfix for FRS (this hotfix is
scheduled to be in SP5).


811370 Issues That Are Fixed in the Post-Service Pack 3 Release of Ntfrs.exe

*** for 811370 you must have SP3 installed

307319 Changes to the File Replication Service

*** for 307319 you must have SP1 installed on the machine.
