File Recovery, Failing Hard Disk

I have a failing hard disk, on accessible backup, and need
to try to get off the email in and out files, address
book, and Outlook notes before the drive goes completely
down. It will stay up for a few minutes max before a
kernel_stack_inpage_error shuts the w2000 system down. I
have reinstalled the operating system on a new hard disk,
and can probably copy a few more files before the old disk
dies completely if I know the file names and types for the
above. Any help greatly appreciated.

Get all *.dbx out. Later, use the import option in another outlook to
import the messages.

Accunts can be exported by hand.

Are we talking about Outlook Express or Outlook PSTs?
