file protect

I bought a pc suite 5.62 for a nokia 6220.
Loaded software, it paused at the end had to ctrl,alt,del
to end task. wnt to try again but the software asks you
to uninstall any previous nokia software before in
stalling the new version.
It now sees the old version that was not installed
correctly and won't load, get a prompt to uninstall
before commencing.
Go to add/remove programs and the software is not there.
go to it manually and two folders are protected and can
not be deleted.
How do i delete these files to try and load the software
again?
the file was DataLayer_Nokia.NGR

Chances are these two files are in more than one place.

Thus one file is protecting another. Use your "Search"
function to find where they are & then pull them up
under "Windows Explorer" & try to delete them from there.
