(File > Properties) Read Receipt Requested and Delivery Receipt Requested

Before upgrading from Office 2000 to Office XP, I used to be able to click on File > Properties and see whether the sender of an email to me requested a read receipt. Now, both fields are greyed out after the colon.

I haven't found anything on this. Any help would be much appreciated!
