File properties inaccesible

Whenever I right click on a folder I can't use "share" or "properties" options, this options just won't work. This happens since I uninstalled Incredimail. If I have to share a folders I have to right click on "My PC" and use the "Manage" option.
 
Try an upgrade installation which would require a reinstall of service pack and
critical updates, but would leave your data and applications intact. See link below

I've tried the upgrade installation but nothing changes any other idea. I forgot to say that on secure mode there is no problem.
 
Do you mean "safe mode". If so you have a problem with another startup
program/service. Msconfig can be used to troubleshoot the problem by selectively
disabling startup programs until you can narrow down the trouble application and
uninstall it or at least disable it from starting up at which time you would
need to contact publisher for help in resolving the problem or searching Google
for possible help. --- Steve

forgot to say that on secure mode there is no problem.
