File Properties->Contents (tab)->Document Contents->fonts used (delete a font)

How can I delete a font displayed in:
File Properties->Contents(tab)->Document Contents->fonts
used ?

I opened my document, selected all text and assigned Arial
font. But, when I go to "Format Menu->Replace Fonts", it
shows:
?Arial Unicode, and it doesn't let me replace it with an
other font. I decided to delete manually from "File
Properties" and I can not!..

Please help...

Ah, Arial Unicode is a different animal than other fonts. See
