File & Print Sharing

I have File and Print Sharing installed, but there is no
Sharing Option when I right click on the folder or drive
that I want to share.

File and Print Sharing is enabled, The Server Service is
running, what is the problem?

Never mind, I restored the default settings to the folder

and that brought back the Sharing Tab.
