File & Print sharing check

We're in the process of converting to AD, and one of the things we
need to do reliably is to check which PCs have File & Print sharing
turned on. It appears that a running instance of lanmanserver service
is not a reliable indicator. What's the best way to do it - via SMS,
WMI, or perhaps another tool? Thanks...
 
TCP port 135, UDP port 139, and/or TCP/UDP port 445 should be open, so any
security (port) scanner could help.
