I can't delete, nor can I take ownership of folders and files on a Win2K
Server. I need to delete the files as they are taking up over 63 GB of
space.

How do I delete these files? If NO one owns them and no one has
permission to do anything to them?

Any help would be great thanks.

If you are an admin and you can't take ownership then you have a file
system problem. Run chkdsk /f on that drive and see if it can fix the file
system. How were these created or were they at one point just normal files
until something happened like a stop error or a hang?

These files were copied from one shared folder on a server to another.

No errors on the drive or corrections made when i ran the chkdsk /f on
the drive containing the files.
