File Passward protection

Is there any possibility to make any folder or file passward protected in
windows xp, if some one try to open the file or folder, passward protected
window display.

No. Windows XP esn't offer that useful facility. Instead you have to
use the complicated permissions scheme, which isn't even available if
you have the FAT32 file system that most manufacturers install by
default.
 
Truecrypt (.org) is probably your best workaround. Don't lose the password
though!

It's either that or put the files on a server and use share security, which
is the approach used on most larger sites.
