file opens - timeline seen - does not play or publish

freaking out! please help! I've spent many hours on 10 minute video with
pictures and video. Worked fine last night. Now file opens okay, but will
nothing shows up in preview screen and will not publish. Restarted computer,
but did not help. Other MM files open fine and preview works.
 
I think I solved it by deleting the first clip (text title) and replacing it
with a new one. It must have gotten stuck on a corrupt one???
