Access 2000, Windows xp

I have an application storing client records where we will be scanning
documents into a clients uniquely named folder.

I envision each data record to have a field storing the path to that unique
folder, and a button opening a window showing ALL Files(*.*) in the client's
folder for the user to dbl click and open shown documents using appropriate
application ie:Word, FaxViewer etc.

How can I get the "Open File" window to open.

This must be easy but I'm not seeing it...Any other solutions are welcomed.

The API call is the only really reliable way to achieve this.

Take a look at http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0001.htm.

Even though it mentions Access 95 and 97, I have tested it in Access 2003,
which means it should work just fine in Access 2000 (and 2002.)
