File Open Dialog Box

Is there a way using VB to open the standard windows File Open Dialog Box and
allow a user to search for a file and path. Once located/selected I want to
store the entire path and file name to a variable. In other words the user
will not open the file they just will use the Open Dialog box to locate the
file then I need to store the path/file name to a variable for another
function.
