My desktop computer was working fine, then blue screen of death came up and asked me to restart the computer. When I restarted the computer, an error message pops up which says
"mouclass.sys is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the chkdsk utility"
Since then my mouse is not working, besides every thing else is working fine. I have run the chkdsk utility several times, even uninstall the driver for mouse, but now it installs the driver, but newfound hardware wizard gives error that unable to install the mouse.
Even I tried to copy this file mouclass.sys from my laptop through USB flash drive and tried to save it in the driver foulder of my desktop pc, but unable to copy this file. I tried to use the last known recovery point....but the computer is not recovering to the last known working point...
kindly help to fix this error.
