C:\windows\system32\pwexchext.32.dll "could not install or upload" comes
up and I have to hit "ok" each time I go into Outlook. How do I get rid of
this error message? I tried detect and repair about 4 times. Didn't help

This sounds like it is from an add-in that is no longer available.
Tools | Options | Other tab | Advanced Options button ... Add-in Manager ..
uncheck anything that might be suspicious.
Then, rename extend.dat to extend.old and restart Outlook.
extend.dat likely lives in C:\Documents and Settings\<profile name>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Note that the dll you are referring to is pwexchext32.dll and not
pwexchext.32.dll

In my Outlook 2007 there is no Add-in manager in the Tools | Options | Other
tab | Advanced Options button options. Where should I be looking, since I
have the same problem?
Thanks.
