FYI for the File Migration Utility Users,
In case you are using "File Migration utility" to
migrate files/folders from NW to W2K, ensure to logon to
create sessions for each server files (mapping). Also,
make sure that you logon to that prticular server. I
got bunch of ACL errors while was trying to migrate.

Also, once you migrate all the files the folder has
Domain Admin (FC).
My suggestion will be to move all the users folder first
and do the folder permissions last.
